• Server Relocation
  • Server Relocations can be extremely complex operations. As such, we undertake a full planning exercise and set up contingency plans where we can in order to ensure the relocation goes off without a hitch. Included in our plans will be all the technical, logistical and business considerations that we face while decommissioning your server from the old location and then recommissioning your server at the new location.
  • While undertaking a relocation, it is often a good idea to look at where any improvements to your system can be made. We can take advantage of the move in order to ensure that your system is set up optimally, ensuring that all equipment is performing optimally and has the correct specifications for your exact business needs.
  • Upon delivery, your equipment is reassembled to its agreed specification, powered up and functionality checked before it is officially handed over to you for a final assessment.
• Desktop Relocation
  • We provide a desktop relocation service that can be as comprehensive as you want and need it to be. We cover all aspects of your network, from PCs and workstations to all peripherals such as printers and scanners. We can also relocate all your desktop voice and data equipment for you.
  • Before moving your equipment we make a note of the network and application configuration and hardware requirements of every PC and then replicate this exactly when recommissioning each PC and its associated systems and software at the new location.
  • Working within strict timeframes that are agreed upon before any relocation, we ensure that every device is up and running properly at the new location before you undertake a final assessment and sign off the relocation.
• Network Relocation
  • We undertake a full network audit to establish what exists in the system prior to decommissioning. This audit includes looking at the functionality and addresses of all hubs and routers in addition to any other devices on the network.
  • Our cable management service can provide assistance for all above-floor cabling requirements including patching, fly-lead installation, loom installation and desk cable management, helping to ensure that your network is complete, reliable and secure.
