Wagamama

Wagamama are a worldwide brand that had a specific need to share content throughout their organisation worldwide. Their site has been split into the different departments within the organisation and each department “owns” and manages the content within their departments site. This ensures that the data is always up to date. Wanstor also completed some custom development work on this intranet to pull information from external websites and resources as well as to integrate a custom active directory search module. The look and feel of the site was brought in-line with the Wagamama brand in order to maintain consistency between the corporate website and the intranet.

REX Restaurant Associates

Owning two successful restaurants in the heart of London, REX Restaurant Associates had a need to get information from their corporate head office to members of staff within the restaurants. They also wanted a way for processes to be automated and for data to be collected from employees over the intranet to avoid staff having to complete paper forms and wait for the forms to be delivered by mail. Wanstor implemented a SharePoint that offers a “self service “ personnel section where staff can complete various forms online, an advanced data collection and reporting service for table reservations and bookings, integration with the e-voucher system offered through their website and much more.
