Before beginning any SharePoint project it is important to establish detailed information on current systems, business processes and the end user requirements. Wanstor’s experienced consultants will work with your staff through a series of meetings and review stages to ensure that you will get the most out of your system. After this analysis is complete a solution will be designed to match your requirements and presented to you before any development begins. Our team of consultants will also review your infrastructure at this stage to see if any changes will be required in order to accommodate SharePoint.

Development

Our experienced consultants will develop a SharePoint site based on the results on the initial analysis using both standard SharePoint features and custom developed .NET Components, Applications, Services and Web Parts. We may also utilise InfoPath forms, custom workflows and customised SharePoint meta data and data types.

Implementation

The implementation stages takes place in two parts. The first is to install and configure SharePoint to run on your network. This is project managed by Wanstor and can be completed at your site either by us, or by your own IT department or existing support company. Once SharePoint has been installed and configured, we will migrate your developed SharePoint site to the installation and prepare for the site to go live.

Support

Wanstor have extensive experience in providing support for all types of IT solution including general IT support, internet support, website support and custom development support. Our experts will be able to deal with your queries whilst you can manage your support incidents via our customer extranet.

Training

As with all IT systems there is some level of maintenance required by Microsoft SharePoint. Managing users and the overall SharePoint experience should only be carried out by trained professionals. Whilst Wanstor are happy to work with you to provide these services, we feel that having key members of staff trained to complete these tasks will save you a lot of time and money. We can provide all levels of training from simple workshops on how end-users can use the system, right through to SharePoint administrator training. Most importantly we will always recommend the training that is best matched to your needs.
