Clearly, the staff at Wanstor will have the biggest impact upon services delivered to you. We choose our staff carefully and then look to develop them to enable them to progress within the company no matter at what level they start at. We look for individuals who have great interpersonal as well as technical skills to ensure that they can engage with the customer and want to deliver a great service.
As an IT services company we also realise that just having technical knowledge is not enough. We have a range of management skills which we can bring to bear in order to ensure that your IT is aligned with your business, is cost efficient and fit for purpose. Many of our customers rely on our IT management skills to provide a full or partial outsourced IT department which is still an integral part of their organisation.

To guarantee that we can deliver their products to you we train our staff in order to gain accreditations from our partners showing that Wanstor are able to implement their products correctly.

At Wanstor we realise that mere platitudes do not deliver service quality, that's why we have specific ways of internally and externally auditing our actual service quality against the high levels of achievement we set ourselves. This includes ensuring that we maintain and improve our ISO 9001 registration.
