Current Vacancies
Helpdesk Analyst
We are currently recruiting helpdesk staff to work within our offices in London Victoria. Your role will include answering 1st and 2nd line helpdesk calls relating to Windows based computer networks.
Suitable candidates must have a good educational background including Maths and English. A good basic knowledge of computer systems including TCP/IP, DHCP and DNS is a basic requirement but further training will be given.
Following a period of training it is expected that the role will develop to include a greater element of 2nd line work and progression to working directly on customer sites.
