Our experienced management team have helped to ensure that Wanstor has continued to enjoy consistent growth by keeping us focused on delivering solutions that meet our customers' business needs.
With such a wealth of experience to call on and with some really exciting technology coming to market, Wanstor is poised to grow further over the next few years.
Peter established Wanstor in 2002 to provide a more proactive approach to IT support services than the then established 'maintenance' companies.
Following an early career as a research chemist working at the universities of St Andrews, Durham and Rome, Peter changed track in the mid-90s and began the second phase of his career, in IT. Spells in Italy with a small system builder then back in the UK as technical director of an IT service and integration business followed, before the ambitious launch of Wanstor.
Over ten years later, Peter has led the company through continuing success and growth by focusing on our dedication to "service and technical excellence".
Peter has kept Wanstor at the forefront of developments in cloud and hosting services, while adding a focus on core IT infrastructure, networking and front office support.
As Technical Director, Ferdie is our most senior technical expert with overall responsibility for all areas of technical services. He works closely with our Managing Director to define and deliver the technical strategy of the business.
Ferdie has a very hands on approach and is regularly solving problems that nobody else can, working closely with our partners to resolve customer issues and thoroughly testing new solutions and learning new technologies that we can implement for our customers' benefit.
Manmit has worked his way through the ranks at Wanstor, starting his career as a first line engineer in 2006 before working his way up to Operations Director in 2015.
As Operations Director, Manmit overseas all areas of Wanstor's operations, from support and network monitoring to human resources and logistics. He ensures that we continually meet the needs of our customers by defining and implementing strategies and processes that help optimise our operational performance.
Senior Solutions Analyst
James is one of the longest serving members of the business. He has strategic responsibility for the key customer accounts and manages a team of technical account managers.
With over 15 years of industry experience, he brings a wealth of expertise to the role and works closely with our management team to develop the strategic direction of the business and continue to drive Wanstor forward.
As our accountant, Robert oversees all of the financial aspects for the company and is responsible for the production of all financial information and our compliance.
Robert produces our monthly management accounts, is responsible for our budgeting and forecasting, financial KPI's and has introduced numerous process efficiencies across the business.
Human Resources Manager
Katarina looks after our day-to-day office operations, while also looking after our team.
She works very closely with the rest of the management team to help define and implement strategies and processes designed to optimise Wanstor's operational performance.
Stephen's main role is to ensure that our network can meet our customer's needs, ensuring that it is flexible, resilient and secure.
With his network operations team, he helps design, implement and manage effective lan, wan and wlan solutions.
Sajal works closely with our Technical Director and Operations Manager to ensure that our 24x7 service team performs at consistently high levels, meeting and exceeding the expectations of our support clients at all times.
Service Desk Team Leader
Laura ensures that our support team is always delivering a fast and effective service, meeting our service level agreements (SLA's), while acting as a technical escalation point when required.
