Recognising our transformation of Look Ahead Care’s IT infrastructure to enhance support for vulnerable communities.
Wanstor won the Trusted Partner of the Year 2023 Special Recognition Award at the annual SDI Awards. The Service Desk Institute organises the awards each year. In addition, the judges recognised our cloud migration and digital workplace transformation for Look Ahead Care. As a result, the project stood out for its impact on both the organisation and the communities it serves. Look Ahead Care provides specialist care, support and housing services to more than 8,000 vulnerable people across London and the South East.
The SDI Awards celebrate excellence across the service desk and support industry. Each year, hundreds of professionals come together to recognise outstanding achievements by organisations and individuals. Alongside winning the Trusted Partner of the Year award, Wanstor reached the final of both the Best CX and Team Leader categories. Furthermore, we secured the Best MSP award in 2022, demonstrating our continued commitment to service excellence.
Look Ahead Care relied on legacy on-premises infrastructure and fragmented systems. Consequently, these challenges slowed operations and reduced staff productivity. To address this, Wanstor worked closely with the organisation to modernise its technology environment. Together, we moved key services to the cloud, introduced modern collaboration tools, automated business processes and strengthened security.
Through careful planning and close collaboration, Wanstor helped Look Ahead Care modernise its operations and create a more connected workplace. As a result, the organisation improved efficiency, strengthened service delivery and built a stronger foundation for future growth. Moreover, the transformation equipped teams with the tools and flexibility needed to support vulnerable people more effectively.
