Climate Positive Initiatives

We are proud to be a Climate Positive Business through our partnership with Earthly. So far, we have balanced 577.00 tonnes of carbon, while protecting biodiversity and supporting local communities. Our efforts include:

  • Carbon Offsetting: We are offsetting our carbon emissions by supporting the Rimba Raya Biodiversity Reserve Project. This project protects one of the most highly endangered ecosystems in the world, preventing the conversion of carbon-rich peatland forests into palm oil estates and avoiding over 100 million tonnes of carbon emissions.
  • Biodiversity Protection: The Rimba Raya project safeguards rich biodiversity, including 65 endangered animal and plant species, and works with local communities to achieve all 17 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  • Community Support: We are committed to improving jobs, education, equality, water, food, and energy supply for local communities.

Why We Love This Project

The Rimba Raya project is working towards the SDVista Standard, proactively targeting and monitoring the SDGs with local communities. The reserve acts as a buffer zone protecting the integrity of the adjacent Tanjung Puting National Park, home to wild orangutans. Peatlands, which are an underrepresented ecosystem in carbon markets, play a crucial role in reducing floods, drought, and wildfire.

Digital Experience Management (DEX) for a Sustainable Future

Our commitment to sustainability goes beyond physical spaces — it extends to how we work digitally. By optimising the digital employee experience, we reduce the need for unnecessary travel, minimise paper usage, and enable efficient remote collaboration. These changes significantly cut down our carbon footprint.

We project over 18,000 kg of CO₂ savings each year, helping us meet sustainability targets while empowering our teams. This is thanks to smarter workflows and device use:

 

Visibility into Digital Energy Use

We gather real-time telemetry across devices, applications, and networks. This data-driven approach reveals how user behaviours and device settings affect energy consumption—crucial for targeted eco-friendly actions.

Automated Efficiency for Green IT

DEX tools can automatically adjust power settings, prompt users to shut down inactive devices, and enforce energy-saving configurations. This smart automation reduces both electricity use and carbon emissions.

Smarter Device Lifecycle Management

Instead of cycling tech on a fixed schedule, our DEX platform helps determine the optimal refresh timing based on actual usage and performance metrics. That minimises e-waste, extends device life, and lowers overall environmental footprint.

Behavioural Change Through Insights

By converting digital energy usage into relatable metrics, like CO₂ saved or trees planted, DEX solutions motivate employees toward eco-conscious habits. Surveys and dashboards reinforce awareness and drive change in device usage patterns.
