How did you come to work at Wanstor?

I’ve had a varied career working in Property, Hospitality, Healthcare and Business Intelligence. Following a lengthy break from the corporate world to travel, it was time for a new career path putting the experience I've gained to good use in a field that I’ve always been passionate about.

What are the most challenging aspects of your role?

When a completely new type of request comes through that I haven’t personally dealt with, it can be challenging tracking down the necessary information quickly with a customer on the line. Fortunately, my Service Desk Manager sits with me and is always able to help point me in the right direction.

What makes you happy at work?

By far the best thing about Wanstor is its people. Everyone on the Service Desk is treated equally irrespective of role, which means a more relaxed environment, which means increased productivity. The pace of work is never slow, meaning time literally flies by.
