Wanstor Shares Insights on Leading the Future of the Service Desk
Wanstor’s CEO, Francesca Lukes has been invited to speak at the SDI conference 'Navigating the Future: Service Desk Leadership' and share her thoughts on the evolving role of the service desk.
This dynamic leadership conference, hosted by The Service Desk Institute will take place on the 10th July 2024 and is curated for service desk managers navigating the agile and remote work era. The conference covers best practices for agile transformation, managing remote teams, attracting top talent and achieving organisational success. Francesca’s talk, titled ‘Leading the Service Desk of the Future’ focuses on the innovation in the world of work and the evolving role IT Service desk delivery.
Moving away from resolving issues to becoming an enabler of technology adoption, she’ll dive into how their new objectives will move away from finding and fixing issues to focusing on improving staff experience, increasing technology adoption and boosting productivity.
She will also discuss some future trends that will affect Service Desks, how they will change the skills and leadership required, and how service desk leaders can prepare themselves and their teams to succeed and improve service results.
